SpringHill Day Camp – July 6-10, 2015
We’re excited to host a SpringHill Day Camp for kids K-5th grade! They’ll have a blast with high-energy large group sessions, adventure activities (like archery and wall climbing), plus small group Bible teaching and more!
CAMP VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
We are so excited that SpringHill Day Camp is coming soon! Even if you don’t have kids, or your kids are too young/too old to attend, there are opportunities for you to serve as we share Jesus with kids (and welcome SH staff!) Contact email@example.com if you want to help with any of the following:
- Mon, July 6, 8:15-10am / Registration
Welcome and check kids into camp quickly and with a smile! Need 5 volunteers
- Mon-Fri, 10:30am-1pm / Lunches for SH counselors
Prep, serve and clean up. If you need to, feel free to bring your little ones to help! Need 4 volunteers each day
- Mon-Fri, drop off day before or morning of / Baked goods for counselors
Need enough for 30-40 adults. Need 1 volunteer per day
- Fri, July 10, 2:15-4:30pm / End of camp BBQ
Set up tables and food, serve families, and clean up. This is a great way to really connect with the families your kids went to camp with! Need 8 volunteers
- Mon-Fri / Transportation for Chin Kids
There are a few kids who will need to be picked up and dropped off for camp.
Summer Prayer Series: Prayers for Racial Reconciliation
Sunday, June 28, 6pm / Room 124 // Join the RR team for a summer prayer series to intercede for the nation, Chicago, and First Free, sharing God’s desire to bring healing. Other dates will July 26 and August 30, and childcare will likely be available for those dates. Contact the RR team for more info>>
