Fall 2022 Teaching Series
To follow Jesus is to be continually surprised at the new things He’s up to in our world. Because of this, we can be a people of deep hope. God is not done with us or his world, for he is at work renewing all things! When we live in light of this good news, we can have real hope in hard times. But the always new work of God also pushes us into a place of humility. For something to be new means it is unknown to us. To fully embrace the good news of the Gospel we have to approach it as children, perpetually curious and open to a fresh movement of God. We have to become beginners again, holding hope and humility hand in hand.
