This year for thee season of Advent, we are leaning into an Honest Advent: Awakening to the Wonder of God-With-Us, Then, Here, and Now. There is a devotional that goes along with the series, and there will be a limited number available for sale at church as well. The devotional book and the artwork that you will see around the sanctuary is all by the artist Scott Erickson. As we explore the themes of Vulnerability, Love, Embodiment, and Participation, we believe December will be a great month to invite a friend into our space to hear an honest take on the Christmas story and see some compelling imagery that facilitates a fresh encounter with the savior who comes to us as a baby.
